If you paid for their accidental damage coverage I'd say yes. But the only way to know for sure is to call them and ask them. And as far as replacement parts you'd probably need to tell what model it is for anybody to help you out with that.
I was wondering if anyone knew if loose keys on a laptop (which fell off) and a busted screen (on the inside of the screen) was covered under the warranty and if not then where can I get replacement parts to these. Thanks a bunch!!

Its a Dell Vostro but I dont know the model.. Where do I find that at??
I think I found it its a Dell Vostro A860
YAY!! I just contacted Dell and they are going to fix this thing! I gotta send it off though and it will be 7 - 10 days before I get it back.
Make sure there's nothing incriminating on it like mp3s or such. I don't know if they'd look the other way or report it but better to err on the side of caution. Hell, if it was mine I'd do a kill disk on it and reinstall windows. But I'm just paranoid I suppose.

I thought about doing something like that but I was just gonna delete all my stuff one by one cause I really don't know how to do it any other way. I got a feeling that most likely they look on your computer...
